Mr Tolliss, what can we say?! What an absolute genuine and heartfelt person Mark is. We first met Mark on a zoom meeting during lockdown in 2020, and from that very first call, he made us feel so comfortable, relaxed and gave us one less worry on the wedding day. Before the day itself, we went through all the little details about the guestlist, and specific songs that we wanted included in the evening, Mark didn’t miss a thing! On the day, Mark was an incredible host. From his singing at the end of our wedding breakfast, which really set the tone for the rest of the night. To his brilliant jokes with the guests, he truly made our wedding reception a personal event! We are so happy that we booked Mark and we have been inundated with nice remarks from guests about him, and how they want to book him for their own events! I first met Mark and his wife Sonia on a night out and from that moment I knew we had to have him as our DJ. Due to Covid we had to postpone our wedding numerous times, but each time, Mark was very accommodating. From our first meeting Mark put us at ease and listened to everything we wanted. The first time I saw Mark in action at an event was all I needed to give me the confidence to put on a charity Ladies Day . I knew it would undoubtedly be a success if Mark was at the helm . It was indeed an amazing day which I hosted with 4 friends, it got bigger and bigger every year and is always a sell out . Mark was amazing from Start to finish. We originally were due to get married last year and unfortunately had to postpone due to the pandemic and therefore moved it to 2021. We contacted Mark to DJ at our wedding as we wanted someone to bring an experience to our day not just play music & leave. What first spark our interest with Mark was his review page on his website, not a single bad word and after meeting him / him playing at our wedding we can see why.
He is the most genuine, down to earth, enthusiastic guy who cares about making your day the most perfect day for you.
We went over a couple of weeks before the wedding to discuss everything in full, he was so passionate about the little details – secretly sneaking a Northern Soul track for my parents to dance too, or before our first dance he announced to everyone how we first met and it made it even more special and personal.

Mark wasn’t just our wedding DJ, he took the time to get to know us, as well as our family and friends! He knew when to tell the stories, crack the jokes and kept the party going at full swing the whole evening. Mark also provided us with over 50 photographs from his POV from the evening and we love every single one of them! From sneaky pics of people dancing to loving embraces caught throughout. And if that wasn’t enough, when our carriage turned into a pumpkin at the end of the night he even got us back home! Amazing!! Would use Mark again for any celebration!
As the groom to be, Nigel had one job, and that was to hire a DJ. He knew he wanted you and told me you were good. Good turned into great and everyone of our wedding guests have told us how bowled over they were with you. You started by taking an interest in our night, what were our likes and dislikes. You listened but made great suggestions too. On the night, you compered, you DJ’d, you entertained, you took photographs (really good ones) and you sang (really well). You spoke to guests like you’d known them all your life and you helped us make the night really special for our special guests. On a night when a bride and groom can’t spend a lot of time with individuals you were there to make them a big part of the night too. Just a fabulous night – fun, energetic, romantic, jolly, happy and, for one special group of people, touchingly emotional. I can’t thank you enough and only those other people lucky enough to have hired you for one of their events will understand when I say you really are fantastic and worth every single penny! Mark was Host and DJ at a charity event we organised in memory of my husband, Joe Farrell. Without doubt, our favourite thing about our wedding was or DJ Mark. I have lost count of the amount of people who have asked for your details after our wedding. From the first phone call till the well wishes after our special day, Mark was fantastic. We loved the personal touches he made during our first dance and it’s easy to see how much planning and preparation he had done to make such a wonderful and personal introduction as he welcomed us onto the dance floor. Somehow Mark managed to convince us all that he knew everyone in the room and he was such a laugh Interacting with our guests. We struggled to provide mark with a list of songs yet he managed to keep the dance floor filled all night. We also had a saxophonist who played alongside Mark and it worked perfectly. Aswell as being an amazing Dj, Mark you are an incredible singer and just a wonderful person to be around. He was also kind enough to send me photos which he had taken throughout the night which captured some of the best, most beautiful and most cringing moments which were fantastic to share. Mark not only listened to our wishes, but also requests of our guests and provided the perfect opportunity for such a wonderful moment between our elderly relatives which we will cherish forever.

Wow where do we start. We changed our original DJ to Mark from the recommendations I had heard from Leo (Howard), and it certainly was the best decision we made. We met Mark at his house and we talked about everything, about how we met and what couple we were. It felt like we had known Mark for years. He’s so easy going and friendly and a real good laugh.
We gave him some info to go with for our wedding day and wow he blew us and our guests away. We have had endless messages and calls regarding how fabulous, amazing, incrediable, catchy and talented our DJ was. He kept the guests going and it was like he knew every guest in the room. His also a fabulous singer too and got me the bride up singing with him. Well mark certainly has made our wedding night memorable and blew us away. We can not THANK YOU enough for making it personal to us and a very entaining evening for all. I will certainly recommend this guy. We are already trying to find what party we can have next so we can hire him again.

What we have just experienced on our wedding day from Mark was truly breathtaking. Mark has a vibrant, warm, entertaining, genuine and selfless personality which shone through on our special day. The guests and my groom and I were stunned by the attention to detail from this fantastic DJ 😍. This bubbly, kindhearted man made us feel like the most special couple in the world. Our day wouldn’t have been the same without him. Mark you honestly exceeded all of our expectations and our expectations were high of you anyway.
Approximately 1 year ago, we rang Mark to book our special day and he suggested we meet first. I now realise why this meeting was so important. He wanted to know absolutely everything about us. Our relationship timeline, important memories in our lives, who our family members were, who our closest friends were, funny stories from throughout our relationships with our guests and each other, – you name it – he knew it! Not only did he memorise all of these and skilfully intertwine them into our special day, he picked up on vibes and got to know our guests so that even they felt special and valued – he fitted in so well with everybody and it was just a pleasure to have him there – everyone was just on cloud 9 having the most incredible time, making the most special memories. It is very touching that he did all of this and Mark really did put in 100000000000000000000000% effort on the day to make it an unforgettable, special yet exciting and fun filled experience. Booking Mark as our wedding DJ was job number one!! We would have moved the date of the wedding to make sure he could secure him! We have had him as a DJ before at parties and events before and was amazing, but having him at our wedding simply made the day! He is personal, professional, genuine, and wants to know all about you so he can make sure he makes it right for you! Mark was the DJ for our Valentine’s Day wedding in 2019. Right from the start, he was brilliant. He invited us to his house for the initial meeting and made us feel so welcome. I have booked Mark for our last two company conferences where he has hosted our evening event for us. On both occasions he has been awesome! He works the room getting to know people, collecting requests and then has an ability to recall names and faces to get people joining in on the dance floor. He responds to the mood of the room, gets everyone involved and just throws himself into it 100%. His fancy dress costumes are to be seen! He has been a real hit with our organisation and we consider him to be “one of us”. Mark will always be our first choice for a DJ for any event and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him for any event.
I was a guest a friend’s wedding at Somerford Hall recently and have to say Mark is a natural at entertainment with a quality attitude. He even gets the back of the room nodders onto the dance floor (yes including me).
Great at getting people involved in many ways no matter how small a part and excellent memory for names and faces, on the night at least. Very sharp and great sense of humour.
All in all I would highly recommend Mark if you want someone to boost the atmosphere of any disco/party. Great singer too.

Having known Mark for over 10 years now, and attending many parties and weddings with him there, there was no question that we were going to ask him to DJ at our wedding on the 23rd December 2018 at Coombe Abbey.
